Terms of Use

These terms apply to the My Era app for iOS ("My Era", "the app"), provided by Oleksandr Khnykin (AiTrendTool) ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement differ, these terms apply to the extent the law allows. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

1. Entertainment only

My Era offers daily predictions, a symbolic reading of the proportions of your face, AI-drawn scenes and answers from an AI oracle. All of it is for entertainment. Face reading and astrology are used here as a symbolic language, not as science. The app does not judge your character, health or abilities and does not predict real events. Nothing in it is medical, psychological, financial, legal or relationship advice. Do not make important decisions based on it.

If you are going through a crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, please contact a person you trust or a local emergency or crisis line right away.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use My Era, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms or have a parent's or guardian's permission.

3. AI features

• The daily scenes and the oracle's answers are generated automatically by AI models from OpenAI and Replicate. They can be wrong, odd or unsuitable. We filter questions and answers for harmful content, but no filter is perfect.
• If an answer or image seems wrong or offensive, use "Report this answer" in the app or write to us. We review reports and adjust the filters and prompts.
• Your photo and questions are sent to the AI providers only after you agree in the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Your photos and questions

• Upload only photos of yourself, or of someone who has clearly agreed to it. Do not upload photos of children.
• Do not upload or type anything illegal, sexual, violent, hateful or harassing, and do not use the app to target another person.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You allow us and our AI providers to process them only to create your scene. You may use the images and texts the app creates for you for personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing them on social networks.

5. Subscriptions

• My Era is free to download. My Era Pro unlocks extra features, as described on the purchase screen. It is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (for example weekly, monthly or yearly); prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• If a free trial is offered, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial is lost when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or in the app under Settings → Privacy & data → Manage subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Pro features have daily limits shown in the app (for example the number of scenes or questions per day), so the service stays available for everyone.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around its limits, and do not use it to break the law. We may limit access for anyone who does.

7. Our content

The app, its texts, designs, illustrations and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or resell them, except as allowed above.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work, that it will be error-free, or that any prediction or answer is accurate. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app's content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. For important changes we will tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using the app after that, the new terms apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
